- Chest pain
- Athletes needing cardiac sports clearance

- Acquired heart conditions such as rheumatic fever, Kawasaki disease, and cardiomyopathy.
- Hospital management of the critically ill child, including newborns, at:
- East Tennessee Children’s Hospital
- University of Tennessee Medical Center
- Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center
